Elin Nordegren Smiles With Her Son

Elin Nordegren, estranged wife of Tiger Woods, smiled while holding their 11-month-old son Charlie Axel. The 30-year-old blonde beauty brought Charlie along as she picked up 2-year-old daughter Sam Alexis from preschool with the nanny in Windermere, Florida on Monday (January 11).

While Tiger has remained out of sight, Elin has been seen out in recent days with their two children going shopping and doing the preschool runs. "Elin's daily decisions rest on what is good for her and the children," a source told People.

Meanwhile, Mel Gibson - who is no stranger to a Hollywood scandal - recently said the Tiger Woods story has been blown way out of proportion.

I feel sorry for Tiger Woods. Why are we talking about this when we're sending 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan? ... He's being used as a diversion, and it just drives me crazy."
