The always cheerful Hannigan-Denisof duo braved the rainy weather to go for a stroll with their 9-month-old daughter Satyana on Tuesday afternoon (January 19) in Santa Monica.
Their little girl spent part of the outing in her stroller but was later spotted in the arms of her mother, Alyson, 35, while daddy Alexis chatted on his cell phone.
