Model mom Claudia Schiffer was spotted looking gorgeous as ever as she headed home after dropping her two children off at school in West London on Wednesday (January 27). Her tiny baby bump is just barely visible under her cozy coverup.

The 39-year-old is currently expecting her 3rd child with husband, director and producer Mattew Vaughn. The couple are already parents to 5-year-old daughter Clementine, and son Caspar, who will celebrate his 7th birthday this Saturday.
