Squinting for the sunshine, Rebecca Gayheart looked every bit the glowing mom-to-be as she showed off her burgeoning baby bump after lunching at Joan's On Third in West Hollywood on Wednesday (January 27).
We just spotted the 38-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and her hunky Grey's Anatomy husband, Eric Dane, walking the dogs.
The couple - who announced their pregnancy in November - are expecting a daughter, reportedly in March.
