Mom-to-be Rebecca Gayheart showed off her healthy glow - and her burgeoning bump - as she made her way to West Hollywood, California eatery Cafe Med for lunch today (January 29).

Rebecca and her husband, Grey's Anatomy star Eric "McSteamy" Dane, are expecting their first child, reportedly due in March.
