Steve Nash & His Vancouver Winter Games Girl
| Feb 13, 2010 by JENNY SCHAFER |
Let the games begin! Basketball star Steve Nash and his gorgeous 5-year-old daughter Isabella were spotting arriving at Vancouver International Airport for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games on Friday (February 12). Steve's wife, Alejandra Amarilla, and Bella's twin sister Lola were not spotted with the father-daughter duo.
The Victoria, B.C. native was one of the five people who carried the Olympic torch through BC Place during the Opening Ceremony of the Vancouver Games last night. Nash, one of Canada's best known athletes, carried the torch and passed it off to hockey legend Wayne Gretzky (who else?!) who then lit the cauldron in downtown Vancouver.
Nash, 36, took to Twitter after his appearance in last night's ceremony.
Can't believe I lit the Olympic flame! The most moving experience of my life. I've got the Olympic spirit tonite."
Did you tune into the opening ceremonies last night?
