Justin Moore & Wife Welcome Baby Girl Ella Kole!

Congratulations to country star Justin Moore and wife Kate who have welcomed their first child together!

Baby girl Ella Kole arrived via c-section on February 11 at 12:29pm, weighing in at 6lbs. 8oz. and measuring 18 inches in length.

The 25-year-old singer gushed to The Boot about his new daughter:

She and my wife are perfect. Both are doing great. All I can say is, wow! It’s the most unbelievable thing I’ve ever been through … so thankful.

The couple, who first announced the pregnancy in October, opted for a planned cesarean so that Justin, who is currently touring with Brad Paisley and Miranda Lambert, wouldn’t miss the birth of his first child.

Justin and Kate were married in 2007.

Whoa… I honestly hate to be judgmental about the choices women make regarding birth plans, but it seems ridiculous to me that she had an elective C-section simply to meet her husband’s scheduling constraints. I wonder if it ever occurred to the man that he could just take a week off of the tour to stay with his wife, or maybe skip a single show and fly home in the event that she went into labor… Lame.

THink about if you were in his shoes….Personally He is from my home town and touring with Brad is a huge thing…..There is nothing wrong with having a c section so that he could be there. Both of them are very happy…Also he is still home with Kate and Ella Kole.
