Brian Austin Green was spotted out running a few errands in Los Angeles, California with his girlfriend Megan Fox and son Kassius yesterday (February 15). Seven-year-old Kassius’ mom is actress Vanessa Marcil.
Megan, who has been dating the former 90210 star for several years, recently talked to W magazine about her desire for kids:

This kid is far from ugly. First thing I thought when I saw this pic is ‘what an adorable boy’. Cutie has a lot of his mom’s looks. I think Vanessa Marcil’s dad is Mexican and her mom is American.
I admit I can see Megan Fox as maternal. She’s always holding this kid’s hand and seems very nice to him. I think she’s had to deal with a lot of stupid jealousy in her life from other girls and other women which has made her kinda jaded and defensive. So maybe that’s why she doesn’t seem like the parent type to some. But I think she’d be a great mommy and step-mommy.
Anonymous, are you saying this kid isn’t cute because his hair is to dark (or that it makes him look uglier?! That was very, very low. So low in fact I won’t even say what it is.
That kid is not ugly. He’s such a cutie. I’m not surprised though, he has two good looking parents
