The Precious star, who is expecting her first child with her husband Robin Thicke, credits her pregnancy glow to her new and improved lifestyle.
“I try to eat a salad every day [and] I switched from drinking coffee to green tea,” she says. “When people say, ‘You have a pregnancy glow’ I wonder if it has to do with my healthier lifestyle. No more cocktails and I’m getting more sleep than ever – nine or 10 hours a night. I was never that girl.”
Though she’s practicing her prenatal yoga, Paula says she’s cutting back on exercise during the pregnancy.
“I told my trainer I don’t want to see the inside of a gym,” she admits. “She said, ‘Don’t worry. I’ll have you back [in shape] in six weeks.'”
Paula also reveals that her musician hubby is already quite the proud papa, boasting of his “super sperm.”
“He’s so proud of himself, it’s ridiculous,” she laughs.
