Camila Alves On Family Life: "We Have A Great Thing Going"

Mom-of-two Camila Alves stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live this week to chat about her Bravo show Shear Genius, and her happy home life with Matthew McConaughey and their kids Levi, 18 months, and Vida, 6 weeks.

The Brazilian-born beauty revealed that the children will be bilingual - which is more than she can say for Matthew.

"He's not good at [Portuguese] at all," she admitted. "Sometimes he tries to mix things up, but he's not good at it. Levi is actually better at Portuguese than he is!"

Despite their busy schedules, Camila gushes that family life is great, saying, "It's awesome. We have a great thing going."

She says that the group recently returned from a trip to Austin, Texas, where she and Matthew took time out for a date night.

"I pumped the milk, left the bottles with my mom, left Vida, babies are set - let's go party! We go out, as always everyone leaves and me and Matthew are the last ones partying."

So she says they headed out and ended up following the sound of some music coming from a bar tucked away in a hidden alley.

"And we go in there, and it's a lesbian bar. And we go in and I'm like, 'Yes, victory!' Because everywhere we go everybody loves Matthew of course - I do too, but... we're in a lesbian bar, now it's my turn, people are going to care I'm there."

Things didn't happen quite that way, though when her fun-loving beau proved to be a magnet for attention as always.

"He has it. He has it and you gotta love it," Camila says.
