Johnny Depp's Kids Love Edward Scissorhands

From Charlie the chocolatier to Captain Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp has portrayed many memorable characters over the years, but the dad-of-two says that Edward Scissorhands is still the favorite of his kids Lily-Rose, 10, and Jack, 7.

"My children’s favorite, and it’s funny because they’ve seen it but they have a difficult time watching it because it’s their dad and they make that connection, but it’s Edward Scissorhands. That’s by far my kids' favorite," the Oscar-nominated star tells ComingSoon.net. "They just connect with the character and also they see something, their dad feeling that isolation, feeling that loneliness. He’s a tragic character and so I think it’s hard for them. They bawl when they see that movie."

Next up for Johnny is the drama The Tourist, which begins filming in Italy next week. Of working alongside his co-star Angelina Jolie he says, "I suspect there might be a few paparazzi in Venice."
