Chynna Phillips Withraws Divorce Papers
| Mar 2, 2010 by JENNY SCHAFER |

After 18-years of marriage and three children, Billy Baldwin and Chynna Phillips almost called it quits last week when Phillips filed divorce papers, New York Post reports. Within days, the 42-year-old mother of three changed her mind and withdrew the filing.
"Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional buildup. But once it was filed, she realized she didn't want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it," a source told the paper.
The couple's manager, Lizzie Grubman, told the Post that "every married couple has its up and downs, but they are two people who have been together for 18 years and are deeply in love. They will work through their personal issues and they are committed to staying together."
Chynna entered rehab for anxiety on February 12 and reportedly returned home on February 27.
Chynna and Billie have three children together: daughters Jameson and Brooke (10 and 5, respectively) and 8-year-old son Vance.
Chynna shot to fame in the 90s with singing group Wilson Phillips. She is the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips and the daughter of The Mamas & the Papas' band members John and Michelle Phillips. Billie is the third of four Baldwin brothers.

Indeed, every couple has their share of ups and downs. I personally am happy to hear this kind of news where couples get to save their marriage as opposed to others getting a divorce fully. Marriage for what it stands for must be considered and divorce should be a last resort.
