Colin Farrell Says Fatherhood Has Changed Him

Colin Farrell, who welcomed baby boy Henry with girlfriend Alicja Bachleda last October, says he’s a changed man since the arrival of his second child.

“It does get easier with the nappies and everything,” he says. “It’s just a lovely little adventure to be on. I spend more of my time in Los Angeles and I just live a really low-key life.”

The 33-year-old Irish actor, who is also dad to 6-year-old James with ex-girlfriend, model Kim Bordenave went on to add, “Privacy is a kind of virtue that I have become very fond of.”

Colin recently confessed that his relatively recent sobriety has made him “lot more appreciative” for what he has, saying, “For years I was adamantly trying to show that I wasn’t worthy or that I didn’t know why it happened to me. I enjoy it a lot more now."
