Is Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson ready to be a dad? The actor, who plays a big brother in his current flick Remember Me, revealed that five years ago his family played an April Fool’s prank on him, saying, “I’ve always liked the idea of having a younger sibling. My family tricked me about five years ago that my mum was pregnant. I didn’t realize it was April Fool’s Day!” He adds of the news, “I spent the entire day saying I was gonna have a little brother and told all my friends it was the best thing in my entire life. I carried on for like three days believing it!”
The busy British actor also dishes on his own desire for children, adding, “After working on this movie, whenever I see a part now with a younger brother, or a part where I’ve got a kid… I just love the idea of that. I think I’m getting broody. It’s so bizarre.”
Pattinson has a busy year planned with the release of Remember Me, the third Twilight installment Eclipse in June, and is also filming a long list of films including the fourth Twilight film, Breaking Dawn.

I think he is an old sole. He difinately is mature beyond his years. Whoever he has a family with, they will certainly be beautiful, from the inside out!
awww he’s just too cute. I think he will make a great Dad someday… but he should enjoy his new found stardom for now.

I think its wonderful he’s excited to be around kids but he’s still soooooo young. He’s got plenty of time, old soul or not ^^ I doubt that he’s even considering the idea of children of his own at this point. He can’t even walk down the street without getting mobbed LOL I think he’ll wait.
Rob and Kristen will make great parents one day, they can have their real life Renesmee.
