A beautifully casual Heidi Klum was spotted taking her three children – Leni, 5 ½, Henry, 4, and Johan, 3 – to their weekly taekwondo class in Los Angeles, Calif. on Thursday (March 4).
Heidi held her daughter's hand as they arrived while her sons were helped by their nanny. After the session, little Johan emerged clutching a trophy! Way to go!

I love Heidi and Seal......but I hope someone recommends Carol's daughter for her kids hair....especially when Lou gets older. I love the boys hair, but Lou is going to need her hair to combed through and done right. Just saying.....

I love Heidi's outfit, she works it well! And the kids- too, too cute. I think they're letting Leni's grow out, which would be a nice change... but Henry's hair... well, I'll just say that I think they should either let it grow long and wild, or cut it all off. This in-between cut is just... not the move, lol. Just my two cents!!
Cut The boys hair or hire a black/hispanic Nanny to groom it! It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no one training these kids to manage their hair. I feel sorry for the little girl that is coming up...Jesus, it's not like they are hard up for the cash. Hair grooming is a vital part of maintaining curly/kinky/course/wavy hair. Seal is also guilty of this.
