Salma Hayek was spotted leaving a Los Angeles, Calif. medical building after taking her adorable 2-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault for a checkup on Tuesday (March 9).
Valentina seemed to be in good spirits post-appointment as she clutched a glove blown up to look like a face.
Just last week the 43-year-old 30 Rock actress attended the Dora The Explorer 10th Anniversary Celebration at Nickelodeon Animation Studio where she read a Dora book to her audience.
Valentina’s father is Salma’s husband, François-Henri Pinault, 47, who also has two children, François and Mathide, from a previous marriage.

I am sorry but that child looks like it has some type of syndrome – almost like down’s syndrome. Not cute at all -her clothes are cute though
