Jenna Jameson revealed that she lost three babies on Tuesday (March 16) after having surgery for a double ectopic pregnancy, which is a pregnancy that occurs outside of the uterus. The 35-year-old former pornographic actress revealed on Twitter that she also had a pregnancy in her uterus.

Jenna lost her babies one year to the day her twin boys - Jesse Jameson and Journey Jett - were born.
The boys' father is Jenna's partner, mixed martial artist and former UFC champion Tito Ortiz.
Our thoughts are with Jenna during this difficult time.

I can't believe that's even medically possible, but what an ordeal for her and her husband to have to go through! That's so sad!
I'm glad at least that they detected it early enough that it wasn't dangerous for Jenna, because I know that ectopic pregnancies can be fatal. Still, such a horrible, horrible thing to have to deal with. My heart is with Jenna, Tito and the little boys.

It is medically possible, though extremely rare from what I learned in my Human Reproduction courses. I have seen a double ectopic pregnancy before, but never one that also had another fetus in the uterus on top of the ectopic pregnancy. My heart goes out to Jenna, Tito & their boys because a situation like this can be devastating both medically & emotionally to a family. I sincerely hope she is doing well & came through the surgery without any further complications.
