Katherine Heigl left her blond wig behind and she and husband Josh Kelley enjoyed a lunch date with their daughter Naleigh, 1, in Los Feliz on Thursday (March 25).
The 31-year-old actress recently revealed the reasons behind her decision to leave Grey’s Anatomy eighteen months before the end of her contract:
I started a family and it changed everything for me. It changed my desire to work full-time.
“I know I’m disappointing the fans,” she added. “I just had to make a choice. I hope I made the right one.”
Katherine and Josh became parents after adopting little Naleigh from South Korea in September 2009.
