Playboy model Cindy Margolis created her own milkshake at Millions of Milkshakes in Los Angeles on Saturday (March 27). The 44-year-old glamour spokesmodel brought along her three children: son Nicholas, 8, and 5-year-old twin daughters Sabrina and Sierra.

The kids' father is Cindy's ex-husband, restaurateur Guy Starkman.

Cindy's show, Seducing Cindy, is a dating reality show in which male contestants, aged 18-49, battle to win the affection of the blonde mother-of-three.
