Actress Mariska Hargitay was all smiles as she welcomed a surprise visitor on the set of Law & Order: SVU on Thursday (April 1).
Little August, 3 ½, gave his mama a huge hug before running off to play with his ball as Mariska got back to work. What a happy duo!
August’s father is Mariska’s husband of nearly six years, Peter Hermann.

I showed my mom the last photo, asking if she could guess who. My mom said “Oh, that just has to be Jayne’s grandson, right?” Yes, Mom. Jayne’s grandson.
Um, and what’s wrong with that…? He IS Jayne’s grandson.
Of course, I know that. I found it amusing that my mother (a huge L&O: SVU fan) did not say “Mariska’s son”, rather “Jayne’s grandson”.
