Report: Jesse James' Children Living With Sandra Bullock

Though the state of their marriage is still unknown, a new report is stating that Jesse James' three children, Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr., 12, and Sunny, 6, are living with step-mom Sandra Bullock.

A source tells TMZ that the Oscar winner is not currently living in her Hollywood Hills home, as it has been a paparazzi hot-spot since she returned home to California. The source, who is reportedly "very familiar" with the situation, added, "It's a positive sign about Sandra's relationship with Jesse."

News of James' infidelity first hit the internet in March, just after Bullock earned the Best Actress Academy Award for her performance in the film, The Blind Side. Earlier this month, a rep for Bullock had said, "There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James's children."
