Christina Milian enjoyed an afternoon outing with her 7-week-old daughter Violet and some pals on Sunday (April 18) at Toys "R" Us in Los Angeles. The 28-year-old new mom left the store with two carts full of baby supplies.

Christina just debuted the first picture of her adorable daughter.

She’s got a lot of personality!" Christina beamed. "She laughs a lot!"

I know people do it all the time, but please, DON'T put your infant seat on a shopping cart like that. NOT SAFE!

It IS much different. In the car, the infant seat locks onto the base with the two metal rings on the bottom. The seat does not actually "lock" onto a shopping cart, and is not meant to be placed there. They can fall off or make the cart tip. NOT SAFE!

That child is super adorable, so tiny, but maybe should have kept the child at home while shopping, she looks too fragile to be taken out and about. I know a lot of mothers are in a rush to take their child out, but they really need to settle into their new world first.
