Sarah Jessica Parker & James' Sunny Stroll

Sarah Jessica Parker and her 7-year-old son James Wilke seemed in great spirits this morning as they enjoyed a sunny stroll to school in New York (April 20).

The Sex and the City star, who also has twins Tabitha and Marion with her husband Matthew Broderick, recently talked about the day that James met his new baby sisters:

And I came back into the room and saw James Wilke combing his hair down in a certain way and standing in front of the mirror. And he doesn't know that I heard him say, 'I have to be handsome when I meet my sisters.' It killed me."
