Kourtney Kardashian: How I Got My Bikini Body

To get her body back into bikini shape after welcoming her son Mason in December, Kourtney Kardashian developed a system that works for her body and busy life. The 31-year-old new mom opened up to Life & Style about her secrets for getting back into shape.
On how she changed her diet: “I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot, (swapping 16 ounces of latte for an espresso saves 235 calories). I’m allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding [baby Mason], and the latte was really all sugar and milk. I was eating a lot of dried fruit, and I didn’t realize how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones.”
On exercising: “I want to try to do squats — stuff that will keep the booty up there,” she says about the exercise that helps lift, tone and define the legs, quads, hamstrings and glutes.
On finding a sport you love: “I’m big on running — just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house,” says Kourtney, who also uses the treadmill or elliptical at her mom’s house. “You’ll be having fun and losing weight at the same time.”
On keeping her foods fresh: “Frozen yogurt tastes so chemically to me because I’ve been eating salads and salmon and chicken. Fresh food is so much better.” Experts agree: By simply cutting out processed foods, products with high sugar and the bread basket, you’ll shed pounds more efficiently.

I love the Kardashians they are a beautiful family and they know how to have fun.
photoshop, it's obvious! everybody who is professional in photography would see it.
Oh boy, what kind of frozen yogurt is SHE eating? It should never taste "chemically"...
I think now that she is so used to eating fresh food, anything processed seems chemically to her taste buds, even though it might taste normal to others. She looks stunning. Good to know which coffee she drinks now.
