Kelly Rutherford spent a fun afternoon with her two children – son Hermés, 3 1/2, and daughter Helena, 10 months – at the Malibu market playground on Sunday (May 2). Kelly carried Helena around and let her play in the sandbox while Hermés, dressed in a red, wanted to read a storybook with mom.
The 41-year-old Gossip Girl star filed for divorce from the kids’ father, German businessman Daniel Giersch, when she was just three months pregnant with Helena. “It’s challenging,” Kelly said of their custody battle. “I certainly never expected the emotional roller coaster. It was tough to be pregnant and have this happen. It’s made me stronger.”

Yeah…that comment is weird? He is dressed fine…and even has on a play fireman’s outfit??? I don’t get what she is saying…my nephews where button down shirts all the time…..and his short are pretty casual. If he was dressed in a complete suit at the park…then yeah…maybe there would be some validity to her comment…but he is not.
