Getting close! Expectant mom Claudia Schiffer was photographed in London, England today (May 12). The model mom was dropping off her two children - son Caspar, 7, and daughter Clementine, 5 - at school.

Channeling Demi Moore circa 1991, Claudia and her bare baby bump recently graced the June cover of Vogue Germany. The gorgeous cover girl said she loves being pregnant:

I love being pregnant. You can do whatever you want. You don't feel guilty, because I used to feel guilty about having a day off. And, you know, something really strange happened to me. Before my pregnancies, I was someone who had to watch their weight."

Claudia, 39, and her husband, film producer Matthew Vaughn, are expecting their third child any day now.
