A smiley Kelly Rutherford spent the day with her 3 1/2-year-old son Hermés and her new man in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (May 19). The trio went shopping at a few toy stores after dining at a local eatery.
Hermés played with finger puppets and got a treat from the gum ball machine while mom enjoyed holding hands and laughing with her main squeeze.
Kelly and her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch, are also parents to daughter Helena Grace, 1 next month. The 41-year-old Gossip Girl actress filed for divorce when she was just three months pregnant with Helena.
