Alicia Keys rocked her bump in a ruffled gown at the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball held at London’s St John’s, Smith Square on Thursday night (May 27).
After the event last night, Alicia, 29, and Swizz Beatz, 31, announced their pregnancy and engagement.
This will be the first child for Alicia. Swizz is also dad to two sons from previous relationships.

Alicia’s dress reminds me of the one Joanne Woodward won her academy award in when she would’ve been six months pregnant had she not miscarried a month and a half previously if I could post a picture in here I would but I can’t so you’ll have to search for them yourself
the only differences between the dresses are the ruffles the color and the material as Joanne’s was pletted hunter Green taffeta and Alicia’s is probably ruffled white organza and oh yeah Ms Woodward made hers by herself and Alicia’s is a designer dress as most modern day women don’t know how to sew
