Céline Dion's dream to have more children has come true!
The French-Canadian singer, 42, is pregnant with twins after undergoing her sixth in-vitro fertilization attempt and turning to acupuncture to improve her chances of a pregnancy, PEOPLE reports.
Dion, mom to 9-year-old son René-Charles, is 14 weeks pregnant. The Power of Love singer will find out the gender of the twins next month.
"We're ecstatic," her husband/manager René Angelil gushes. "Céline is just hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one baby and the news that we are having two is a double blessing."

Congrats to Celine and the family but I kind of feel like they jumped the gun this time after what they went through with the miscarriage which would make anybody skittish to announce or enjoy their next pregnancy because they're understandably scared of it happening again
If she is 14 weeks along....which is 3 1/2 months, I don't think they are jumping the gun. I think last time they announced it (or a "friend" did) like right after Celine found out she was pregnant. But I agree....big Congrats to them.
14 weeks is not 3 and a half months -- check with a calendar, if you're not sure.
But I agree, announcing at 14 weeks is pretty conservative and not "jumping the gun." Carrying twins at such an "advanced maternal age" is pretty risky, however. Hopefully eveything will turn out well, but she's not out of the woods yet...

Death can come at any time whether you are 20 or 30. There are soldiers in Iraq that are serving our country leaving their pregnant wives behind and no one says anything about them having children. Many of them don't end up coming home alive and their wives are stuck raising the kids alone.
Who cares how old he is, his children will have a better life than most!

Congratulations to the whole Dion-Angelil family! Rene and Celine must be on cloud nine right now. And Rene-Charles sure also is very thrilled to have not one but TWO siblings. Hopefully everything goes fine with this pregnancy and Rene and Celine get two healthy little babies. No matter are those twins two girls, tow boys or a boy and a girl. The main thing is that the babies are healthy. They will be much loved by their parents and big brother.
