Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire dropped off his 3 1/2-year-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart at school in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday (June 1).

We just spotted Tobey and his family – including wife Jennifer and their 1-year-old son Otis – taking a stroll last weekend.
