Mariah Carey is pregnant, RadarOnline reports.
The 40-year-old pop diva recently dropped out of her next film, fueling rumors that she’s pregnant.
Now a source close to Mariah and husband Nick Cannon confirms that the couple are expecting their first child. “They’re both very excited and very happy,” dished the insider.
When contacted, Mariah’s longtime rep gave the same cryptic comment. “I’m not at liberty to discuss Mariah’s personal life at this time.”
Says the insider: “Mariah and Nick want to keep the pregnancy quiet as long as they can.”
Mariah and Nick were wed in 2008 – after knowing each other only six weeks – at Mariah’s private island in the Bahamas.

congrats to Mariah & Nick on being expectant parents I just hope nothing goes wrong with the pregnancy as things are more likely to happen with a mother of advanced maternal age as mariah is is more likely to have a child with downs sydrome or other developemental phsycological delays not saying she and nick will just that it’s more likely congrats either way a child is a blessing
Congrats!!! I really wanted to see her in Tyler Perry’s new movie, hopefully they can find a way to work her pregnancy into the movie.
