In the months that have followed the scandal revolving around Tiger Woods and his family, there has been little progress made in repairing his damaged marriage. RadarOnline is reporting that Elin Nordegren is preparing to fight for full custody of the former couples children, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1.
A source has revealed that the two live a mile apart and do not see eachother at all, with their nannies dropping the children off between homes, saying, “Elin used to go to Tiger’s house but doesn’t anymore. And she has her people communicate with him so she doesn’t have to.”
Of moving the children back to Nordegren's homeland of Sweden, the source adds,
Elin isn’t saying that she’s moving to Sweden but she does want full custody now. She has changed a lot since Tiger’s cheating was discovered and since he returned to golf, she’s distanced herself from him. It seems to have killed the small chance they had at reconciling.”
Nordegren has reportedly done extensive traveling since the split both with, and without her children, and has enrolled in a college class. The source adds that she is seeking $750 Million in the divorce, which has not yet been filed, and concludes, “But the real fight is going to be over the children. Tiger is not going to give up those kids without a fight.”

And because Radar Online has this from "sources" we are to believe this? I find this interesting that these "sources" always come out with "news" when Tiger is playing in a major tournament. All the websites are happy to print any news that puts Tiger in a bad light and distracts him from winning the money that Elin is going to need if she wants her outrageous settlement. Try checking the facts before you post anything.
If a man treats the mother of his children like garbage, he IS mistreating his children. Being a good father and a good husband are not mutually exclusive. The two are very much inter-related. Tiger's selfish behavior put his children's mother at risk for all kinds of diseases. Even if he didn't give her HIV, HPV is strongly linked to cervical cancer. Plus the time he spent chasing all of those women was time away from his young children at an age when they need him the most. It's a given that he wasn't being a good husband. But he was NOT acting like a good father either! That being said, I don't think he should loose custody of his children. But make no mistake that when those children are old enough to read about what their father did to their mother, he'll pay the price.

The fact that Tiger Woods jeopardized this marriage with his selfish and perverted behaviours and Elin and the children's health - he is responsible for the dissolution of this marriage, therefore, he should at least allow Elin to have custody and consider it part of his penance for being such a self-absorbed jackass. Children require the nurturing of their Mother, and I don't think that Elin is opposed to Tiger having and maintainingg a relationship with his children. Tiger probably does love his children, but I don't think that he could be a good primary care-taker who is present and hands-on as Elin would be.
Elin should have full custody of the children and Tiger visitation only. Tiger Woods has serious emotional and character issues. Tiger did not seem to want his children. He told his mistresses that Elin’s pregnancies stressed him out. He showed careless disregard for the health and life of his wife and unborn children by having unprotected sex with promiscuous partners, potentially exposing them to STD, HIV, hepatitis, and herpes. Some of these conditions can be dormant and could take years to show. Tiger disrespected his wife and children by bringing his mistresses to the family home for sexual activity. Tiger has been basically an absentee father. There seems to be very little evidence of his involvement with the children’s day to day activities when he was home. Even when he was home Tiger was spending a lot of his time going to bars to pick up bimbos for sex. It has been reported that Tiger has missed important milestone of his children life, such as his daughter’s christening and his son’s first birthday and first steps. All the time that Tiger spent with his mistresses was time that he deprived his children of his presence an attention. Tiger even texted his mistresses while “on daddy duty”. Tiger appears to have used his children only to gain the favor of sponsors and fans.
Tiger was set up from the beginning. Elin comes to the US to be a nanny to a pro golfers kids?. Oh. Really. Her mother is a important govt official, her father a prominent journalist. With media and govt contacts like these you mean they couldn't have done better for Elin than a glorified babysitter? And what wife in her rite mind is going to hire someone with that face/body to be around her husband?
Nah....Elin was on a whale hunt and to do that she had to be in the whales ocean, the world of pro golf. So. She scurried to America with her blonde head and her blond pubic hair, changed diapers & wiped snotty noses, biding her time & sure enough.........

Just because Elins parents are well paid, it doesn't mean she gets everything she wants. Her parents probably told her to work for the money for university or college. And by being a nanny you can earn money and experience another culture. An experience for life! I know A LOT of young Europeans who do or did the same thing.

You should get your facts right before you decide to discredit Elin Nordegren, specially when the tabloid/media has been unable to find any dirt about her!!!Tiger and his lunatic followers will use any excuse to justify his cheating, adulterous, sordid, devious behavior, even blame it on Elin! The media has repeatedly said that Elin has been a loyal, devoted wife to Tiger and loving mother to her children. While Tiger has been a serial adulterer, liar, and deceiver, before, during and after his marriage to Elin!
D.holmes Princess Di was a nanny before marrying Charles. Did that make her a goldigger ? i don't think so.
For some reasons people are demeaning Elin by calling her a nanny as if she was a prostitute or a stripper. There is nothing wrong taking care of children. I thought this is pretty uspstanding compared to hitting a golf ball with a stick.
A nanny is more important in this world than a golfer.
So spare me your ignorants comments about someone you know nothing about. This lady has behaved with unbelievable class and grace throughout this fiasco. She didn't do any interviews , she stayed quiet and took care of the kids while her 'husband' was hiding like a coward. Elin is a fantastic woman who didn't deserve to be treated like a piece of garbage. This is Tige loss all the way. He will never ever find another woman like her trust me !!
Elin at age 21 was wishing to travel and learn about life because she was unsure about what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Most women hope that the man they marry will be an awesome provider, a good father and the man of their dreams. Elin did nothing wrong in giving Tiger the chance to be all those things she wanted in a man. Tiger selected Elin for himself, because she represented the type of woman he wanted to be legally married to yet Tiger's selfish since of entitlement and personal character flaws destroyed their relationship and family.
The fact that Elin was badly treated by Tiger does not negate the fact that she probably was hunting for a rich husband.
Can we say BS ? Yes I can imagine Elin in Sweden sitting on a couch telling to herself "let's see I'm going to be a nanny for a golfer and then meet Tiger Woods and become his wife".

I always though the way they met sounded fishy,too. That said, Tiger did basically s**t on her publicly. Texting & calling from his home? Actually bringing some of them into his house? I can't think of any wife who's been humiliated to thge extent that Elin has.
Carmen as usual you are taking over the boards. Elin should not get full custody. I wonder what really happened during the incident. How come NCIS was not there to look at this.. Where is she getting all this money on jetting off to china. On whose money. Tiger money. If she was really smart, she would have stayed in the marriage. If i had 400 million. Elin should recevie full custody. This man has serve self control and character issues.
Elin immigrated to the US, married an American citizen, had children and fully expected to make her life in this country. There has been nothing, NOTHING to come out suggesting he is an unfit father.
She should not take his children halfway around the world. Even if he does have the resources to see them whenever, with that great a distance and with his tournament schedule plus the childrens' eventual school schedule, he would not be a significant presence in their lives.
It's a mistake to cut a father off from his kids.
