Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford was all smiles as she enjoyed an drink and a stroll with her daughter Helena Grace – who turns 1 next Tuesday – and her new man in Los Angeles, Calif. on Thursday (June 3).

Kelly’s new mystery man is Jason Bird, and the couple have been dating for several weeks now, Life & Style reports.

Kelly and her ex-husband Daniel Giersch are also parents to 3 1/2-year-old son Hermés.
