TMZ has learned that Oksana Grigorieva filed a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-boyfriend and the father of her baby girl, Mel Gibson.
Yesterday, it was reported that Mel filed a restraining order against Oksana on Wednesday (June 23). However, Oksana was the first to file a restraining order – on Monday (June 21) – and she alleges that the actor was violent toward her.
Reportedly, Oksana’s lawyers went to the family law court in downtown Los Angeles on Monday for an emergency hearing. Sources say that Mel was “extremely violent” with her.
After Oksana filed the restraining order prohibiting Mel from having any contact with her, Mel’s lawyers got the order modified so he could see their 7-month-old daughter Lucia. As well, the Lethal Weapon star got a restraining order against Oksana, but only to prohibit her from releasing certain information.
A source says the alleged violent incidents occurred in January, but added, “There were other acts after January that were not physical but still constituted domestic violence.”
That’s what she gets for messing with a married man. I can’t believe Mel left his wife of 12 or so years for her. Now the relationship with his new baby mother is in disarray. So i guess Mel that’s what you get for abandoning your wife and kids.

I don’t trust anything either Mel or Oksana says. She wants his money. He wants this latest whore to go away so he can find a new one. They’re both losers and his ex Robin is lucky to be rid of him.
