Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford had her hands full today as she juggled her kids Hermés, 3, and Helena, 1, while out doing some shopping in Beverly Hills, California (June 26). Thankfully Kelly’s sister was there to lend a hand!
We last spotted the busy mom earlier this week, headed to a business meeting in West Hollywood with her darling daughter in tow.

Helena does not have the facial characteristics of Down’s Syndrome. If you were any bit familiar with how Down’s Syndrome presents itself, you wouldn’t have made that arm chair diagnosis.
