Update: A source close Oksana Grigorieva has revealed to TMZ that the night of January, 6, 2010 Mel Gibson “punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth in a fit of rage.”
The source added that claims of Grigorieva shaking the baby are untrue, saying, “She tried to protect the baby during one of Gibson’s violent episodes when he punched Oksana in the face two times, breaking her teeth and giving her a concussion.”
The events surrounding the filing of restraining orders by both Mel Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have surfaced.
Grigorieva claimed that she was struck by Gibson in January, during an argument. This has been refuted by a source, who told PEOPLE, “Oksana was completely out of control that day, screaming, and shaking Lucia like a ragdoll. Mel stepped in to stop her from injuring the baby.”
A source revealed that Grigorieva withheld daughter Lucia from visiting Gibson on Father’s Day, and says that claim that Grigorieva fears Gibson are “ridiculous.” The source added, “This is all an attempt to gain financial advantage over him.”
On Grigorieva’s end, the allegations of keeping Lucia away from her father are reportedly untrue. A source on Grigorieva’s end has said that she, “doesn’t feel the custody agreement is fair.”
At this point, Gibson has gained access to his daughter, and the restraining order simply attempts to limit Grigorieva from revealing facts of the case.
The two are set to meet again in court on July 20.
