Mel Gibson Claims Oksana Grigorieva Has Breached Custody Agreement

As the situation between actor Mel Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has been heating up, an attorney for Gibson is speaking out in hopes of making what they believe is Grigorieva's motive, clear.

A lawyer for the actor, Stephen Kolodny, told TMZ that Gibson and Grigorieva had come to an agreement during mediation, and that the actor has gone above and beyond the agreed upon amount. They claim that Gibson has set her up with a million dollar home, a car, health insurance, and has given her "tens of thousands of dollars to support her and Lucia over the past months."

After refusing to allow daughter Lucia to see Gibson on Father's Day, Grigorieva had breached the contract. This move caused Gibson to put a halt to the additional funds he was proving her with, and he decided to only pay her the $10,000+ per month that they had agreed upon.

Sources on Grigorieva's end have said that Gibson has yet to pay her any money at all.

Grigorieva has one child from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton, while Gibson has seven other children from his marriage to Robyn Gibson, which ended last year after 29 years.
