Gorgeous duo! Heidi Klum walked hand in hand with her 6-year-old daughter Leni while her mom Erna and some family members pushed strollers for her sons Henry, 4 1/2, and Johan, 3 1/2, and youngest daughter Lou, 8 months, today (July 2) in New York City.

The model mom and her brood were just seen enjoying the warm New York weather a few days ago.

The kids' father is Heidi's husband of five years, musician Seal.
