Just over a week ago we spotted the supermodel mama carrying Caspar’s baby sister – 1-month-old Cosima Violet – as she left the family’s London apartment.
Claudia is also mom to 5-year-old Clementine with her husband of nearly eight years, Matthew Vaughn, 39.
