Update: Star reports that Ali Larter is expecting her first child with husband Hayes MacArthur. A source tells the rag, "Ali is ecstatic. She and Hayes are absolutely over the moon about it. They have wanted a baby for what seems like forever and now their dream is coming true."
Ali is said to be expecting her first baby to arrive on Christmas Day.

of course a womans boobs grow when she's pregnant milk production to breastfeed her child if she so chooses too but most modern day stars/so called stars don't care about whats best for their little ones and it's natural also for the face to get fuller while a woman is expecting a child due to hormonal changes Ali does look great though
