Will who? It was the I Am Legend actor’s 11-year-old son Jaden Smith who stole the spotlight in London, England today, stopping to sign autographs for his adoring fans as he headed into BBC Radio 1 with his Karate Kid co-star Jackie Chan (July 15).
Jaden’s proud mom Jada Pinkett-Smith recently revealed that she always knew her son would be a star:

I consider Will and Jada to be actors not artists. And as such they created an actor. Only time will tell if Jaden will become an artist.
Semantics. Acting is considered to be a performing art. Many who act refer to their acting as their art and/or their craft. The judgment of the final product, whether it is executed poorly or well has no bearing on the fact that what they do is in fact considered an art. He she or anyone else is allowed to call themselves artists.
Debs, yes, in the strict definition of the word they are artists. But applying a more colloquial meaning, their work for me isn’t “art”. It’s like looking at a picture that is nice enough drawn but without any deeper meaning or insight to it.
I don’t consider them to be artists either, especially seeing her on “A Different World”. Please.
