In the latest drama involving Sandra Bullock and her ex Jesse James, a judge has just ruled that James can move his 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, to Texas. James moved to Texas recently following his split with Bullock, a move that complicated his custody agreement with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
Upon hearing the judge's ruling on Tuesday (July 20), Lindemulder broke down sobbing. "I can't do this!" she said, according to a report in Us. "I'll move! I'll move!"
Judge Thomas Schulte said his decision was based on Sunny's bond with her siblings, Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12 who live with James "and the fact that she is doing well in her father's care." Lindemulder has also said that Sunny misses Bullock's adopted son, Louis Bardo.
Despite Lindemulder's reaction to the ruling, after court she seemed resigned to the judge's decision and spoke favorably of Bullock. "[Sunny] will be fine," she said. "It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She's excited to move to Texas. [Bullock] will be good for her."

Sandra isn't raising Loius in Texas you moron, she said she is raising him in Louisiana where he was born.
Who said she lives in Texas? Jesse moved there to be closer to her. Not because she lives there, moron.

Talk about baggage!!...This is pathetic..I'm not understanding the logic here..Doesn't the mother deserve her child because her a**h*ole husband destroyed his childs stability and now he gets to drag her across the country to rectify his stupidity? I wish he would take that amount of time to work something out w/the mother. imo
Well ...Since mom is a drug addicted porn star. Her boyfriend is questionable at best. Sunny hasn't been around her mom a lot & when she was visiting mom was drugged out a few times. I feel bad for the mom but she put herself in a position to lose her daughter. I'm sure being in jail made the situation even worse for her... Sunny needs a stable environment(too bad sandy can't have her). Sunny is stuck with two selfish, self destructive parents..sad that Jesse is the lesser of two evils.
Where was the concern for this kid when Sandra was away and he was banging those h*es in her house and unprotected? He knows he messed up and using this kid as a pawn to get Sandra backk!!..I do find it ironic that Sandra was in court writing letters that the mother is unstable so they should get her and the whole time he was banging his type behind her back!!
The poor children are always the ones that suffer the most, and will for a long time to come. At least Sandra and Jesse are both trying to do something right and they have love for the children. Love is what matters here.
