Jon & Kate Gosselin Reach Agreement In Custody Case

Reality stars Jon & Kate Gosselin have settled their custody battle, reports TMZ.

The details of the agreement however, are very confidential, with a source saying, "An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children."

The former couple, who are parents to 8 children together, had been living with the threat of a bitter custody battle hanging over their heads, particularly while Kate was starring on the hit reality series, Dancing With The Stars.

Kate is now keeping busy filming Kate Plus 8, the family's new reality show, without Jon and was recently spotted in Alaska with her brood.
