After two years of intense debate, Proposition 8 – a measure passed in November 2008 banning same-sex marriage in the state of California – was ruled unconstitutional Wednesday (August 4) by a federal judge.

That comment from Schwarzenegger is pretty rich, considering he vetoed the bill to allow gay marriage that was passed by the CA legislature.
