Swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker definitely wants to have children with her tennis pro hubby Andy Roddick, but not in the immediate future.
“I want to live a normal life,” she tells Women’s Health magazine. “Drive my kids to school, have tons of animals running around, be barefoot and pregnant. I want all that… just not anytime soon.”
At the moment, the 23-year-old beauty is getting ready for her big screen debut in the feature film Just Go with It – a romcom starring Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. According to the fledgling actress – who has made appearances on Ugly Betty and Royal Pains – her experienced costars were a bit surprised when they realized she didn’t quite fit the “bikini model” stereotype.
“When people hear ‘bikini model,’ they have one thing on their mind,” she explains. “Then they see you’re someone who shows up to the set in pajamas and no makeup, watches sports and belches.”
Earlier this year the Sports Illustrated star admitted that she and Andy were already being questioned about when they were going to star expanding their family:
I ran into Fergie one time and she said to me, ‘Once you get married, people are going to ask, when are you having babies? So just get ready for it. It’s going to be so annoying. And she’s so right.
Brooklyn and Andy, 27, who began dating in 2007, were engaged the following year and married in a private ceremony on April 17, 2009.
