After spending some vacation time in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer touched down at the Los Angeles International Airport with their two kids – daughter Ruby, 3 1/2, and son Otis, 1 – on Thursday (August 5).
Toeby’s pal, Entourage star Kevin Connolly, was also seen arriving at LAX with the Meyer-Maguires.
Tobey recently joined other celebrities, urging Congress to support the Healthy School Meals Act of 2010, a bill that would help schools serve healthier meal options. “I am deeply concerned that unhealthy school lunches are contributing to our nation’s childhood obesity epidemic,” Tobey wrote. “My wife and I just had our second child, so this issue is tremendously important to us.

I think that Tobey’s support of the Healthy School Meals Act of 2010 is to be applauded.
In the UK, there has been much debate about school food, and TV celebrities, including top chefs – notably Jamie Oliver, have joined forces to combat childhood obesity.

Right, like his kids are going to go to public school.
Decent people don’t do good just for their children. And looking out for your own really isn’t a healthy way to raise future adults.
And you know how you avoid having your kids eat the crap they serve in school lunches? PACK THEIR LUNCH WITH HEALTHY FOODS. Take some damn responsibility for what happens with your children, instead of relying on the government to do YOUR JOB, i.e. feeding your kids.
