Ellen Pompeo Totes Her Tot

Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, along with husband Chris Ivery and adorable daughter Stella Luna were spotted leaving a friends home after a BBQ yesterday (Aug 9) in Los Angeles.

Pompeo, who is an advocate for healthy living, recently opened up about losing her mother at a young age, and how she feels taking care of herself is important for Stella,

I grew up without a mother, and it’s extremely important. It’s terrible to lose your mother. It’s terrible to lose anyone. We have to do it for them. We’re so busy being martyrs a lot of the time, doing everything for them. Well, this is for them. Taking care of yourself is for them.”

The actress and record producer Ivery have been married since 2007, and will celebrate Stella's 1st birthday in September.
