Usher's Message To Kids: Be Blessings To Each Other

Singer Usher has a reputation for helping kids through his New Look Foundation and also for nurturing young talent – he has famously mentored superstar Justin Bieber.

But the singer tells CNN.com that he wants the youth of today to not only appreciate the guidance they receive, but the importance of helping others. During the recent World Leadership Awards that celebrates the youth Usher mentors through his New Look Foundation, the father-of-two stressed the importance of also giving back.

Be blessings to each other as youth, but as you develop, as you find your way as a businessman—be service-minded

The singer has two sons, Usher Raymond V, 2 and Naviyd, 1 with ex Tameka Foster.
