Tiger Woods: This Is A Painful, Personal & Private Time

With his divorce now official, Tiger Woods says he plans to focus on his kids and his career.

The same day his ex-wife Elin Nordegren opened up about the now infamous sex scandal and their split, Tiger issued a statement of his own that reads:

This is a very painful, personal and private time for our family. Throughout this entire time, Elin has shown unwavering concern and support for our children. She is a wonderful mother. I know that the two of us will do everything we can to help our children adjust to this new family situation.”

“We both cherish the time we can spend with Sam and Charlie. Whether it’s taking Sam to school or hitting balls with Charlie on the range, nothing gives me more enjoyment than these simple pleasures. We have two special kids, and I’m going to enjoy every minute with them.

“Personally, I am learning to balance family and golf. My children come first and always will, but I also appreciate golf more than ever. I understand how important the fans and the game are to me. I know how lucky I am to do what I do for a living, and I am deeply grateful for everyone who has supported me.”

Living up to his words, Tiger shot his best game of golf in a year at today's Barclay's tournament, and then headed to Orlando's Cranium Clubhouse to celebrate his daughter Sam's 3rd birthday - alongside his ex Elin.

When is this piece of garbage going to go back to saying "No Comment"? He was so silent at the beginning of the mess he made. Why is he talking now?

Oh, shut up Tiger. YOU caused this. Nobody feels sorry for you or respects you on a personal level.
YOU are the reason why your children and ex-wife are in pain.
If you hadn't had ANY martial affairs, then your family would still be whole.

Yeah LOSER, YOU caused the pain for your wife and children. I admire her for what she did. She didn't stick around "for the kids" but instead got out. I read her interview in People and she said it perfectly "there is no marriage without trust and love"
