Busy mama Madonna shared a moment with her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes while on the set of her new film W.E. in London, England today (September 1). Younger siblings David, 5, and Mercy, 4, were also spotted on-set with their nannies.
The Material Mom is directing and co-wrote the script for the period film, which stars Abbie Cornish and James D’Arcy.

That’s kind of rude, especially when you add a happy face to it. She’s a child, let her be.
I think Lourdes has a small part in the movie. I wonder if she’s filming the part in these photos. Or, maybe she’s just wearing her school uniform. I hope this movie is so good the critics can’t find any thing to bash. I don’t care about Madonna but, really, everybody seems to be out to get her these days and already the blogs are bashing her directing. At least she got to good actors to work for her.
I agree with you. It’s coming mainly from the British papers. They have already written their reviews of the film long before Madonna ever set foot on set. She’s not even given a chance. Other directors are given many opportunities to improve their craft and get better as the films go by. She has to be perfect from the first try. It’s horrible.
